Meribel ski touring area is  is a great, you will enjoy the valleys. Enjoy the fulfilment of earning your turns in untracked powder! Ski touring will reward you with a splendid landscape, a pristine snow even days after the last snowfall, quietness of the real mountain.  Regardless of your experience, if you desire a more remote and memorable ski experience during your stay in the three Valleys, go for it!

Typically, a day of backcountry ski touring will start with a meeting at 9:00/9:30 at one of the pre-arranged meeting locations . After having checked gears and discuss objectives related to snow conditions you will then catch the first lifts up onto the mountain and head toward the piste boundaries. A first off piste descent and it’s time to put your skins to get at a suitable pace, to the pass or summit we decided. Expect to be back by 4:00PM on your resort.

Beginners or advanced, the program will be custom to your fitness and expectations. Yet, a ski level 3 ESF and appropriate fitness is required as there is a minimum of 600m vertical climbing.
